Job Summary:


Join the Healand Clinic team as a vibrant Sales Coordinator & Receptionist, where you'll be the frontline ambassador for our commitment to exceptional patient care and sales excellence.

We're seeking an individual with a magnetic personality, stellar communication skills, and a drive to enhance patient experiences while maximizing sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


Patient Engagement:

  • Extend a warm and inviting welcome to all patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction from the moment they step through our doors.
  • Proactively follow up with patients' postappointment
  • Manage patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, whether in person, over the phone, or online.
  • Master the art of salesmanship by identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling to existing patients, both through direct interaction and telesales efforts.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with patients by collaborating closely with our clinicians and maintaining consistent communication through various channels.

Sales:

  • Drive efforts to fully book clinicians' calendars through proactive scheduling and strategic patient engagement.
  • Play a pivotal role in supporting marketing campaigns by diligently following up with new and existing patients, as well as potential clients, to propel business growth and amplify revenues.
  • Execute on strategic initiatives designed to broaden our patient base and skyrocket sales, contributing directly to our clinic's expansion and success.
  • Excel at converting inquiries into treatments and cultivating longterm patient relationships, ensuring a steady stream of revenue and sustained growth.
  • Utilise the power of datadriven insights to orchestrate targeted patient callbacks and execute telemarketing sales initiatives with precision and effectiveness.
  • Establish valuable business referrals by nurturing strategic partnerships with local businesses, leveraging their networks to drive customer referrals and fortify our patient base.

Administrative Excellence:

  • Efficiently manage patient appointments
  • Maintain meticulous records and databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all business activities.
  • Facilitate seamless payment transactions and stock management.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Take the initiative to identify areas for process improvement and workflow optimisation.
  • Implement and streamline business processes to enhance efficiency and drive productivity.
  • Gather, analyse, and present data to inform decisionmaking processes.

Benefits:


  • Salary Range £22,000 £25,000.
