About the role


As a key player in our team, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing a Go-to-Market sales strategy within NHS Trusts.

Your primary focus will be showcasing the transformative power of Lantum to enhance the operational efficiency of healthcare organisations.

Leveraging your expertise, you will navigate complex enterprise sales landscapes, engaging stakeholders at all levels and driving the 'go-to-market' strategy.


Requirements:


Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a comprehensive GotoMarket sales strategy within NHS Trusts.
  • Articulate and position the value of Lantum to diverse stakeholders, showcasing its impact on organisational transformation.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, contributing to the continuous refinement of our market approach.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources, utilising CRM and pipeline management tools such as Salesforce.
  • Work closely and effectively with internal functions e.g. Marketing & Secondary Care Operations.

About you - We'll be looking for

Sales Proficiency:
You've got over 4 years of success in complex sales and managing accounts. You're skilled at meeting targets, especially in selling enterprise software/SAAS, principally new business wins into the NHS. You're familiar with Challenger and MEDDPICC sales methodologies. You're experienced in developing and communicating business value, time to money, risk, ROI, TCO and using a Gain-share approach.


Domain Knowledge:
You know the healthtech vertical well, understanding the details, challenges, and procurement processes of the NHS. You're good at explaining business value, including time to money, risk, ROI, and TCO.


Executive Presence:

You have the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, serving as a trusted advisor and industry expert.


Excellent Communicator and Collaborator:
You have strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to convey compelling messages. You recognise the importance of teamwork, capable of leading and partnering with internal and external resources in solution selling.

Display a proven track record of consistently surpassing goals, a testament to your dedication to achieving excellence.
