Customer Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in various face to face channels
- Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Up sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management abilities to meet customer needs promptly
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
Salary:
From £24,876.00 per year
