Customer Assistant

Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers in various face to face channels
  • Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Up sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Qualifications:


  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management abilities to meet customer needs promptly
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members

Salary:
From £24,876.00 per year
