Description

An experienced Claims Handler (Buildings/Subsidence) is required to join a Global Loss Adjuster who are renowned throughout the world for providing an exceptional customer journey, throughout the lifecycle of the claims process.

You will play an integral part of the business being part of the Specialist Subsidence Team.

Key responsibilities:

Working and supporting key clients handling and settling subsidence claims with a varied caseload of commercial and domestic properties
Reviewing technical reports/data, investigations reports, repair schedules and liaising with all relevant parties
Communicate with the policyholder throughout ensuring they are fully aware and up to date with the progress of their claim and have a clear understanding of each stage
Handle any obstacles throughout the process ensuring you get to the root cause
Take responsibility to resolve any issues/problems and gather details to ensure a swift settlement where possible

Applicant Requirements:

About you:

Claims Handling experience (Buildings/Subsidence)
Excellent negotiation skills and experience
Strong relationship building skills being able to communicate with all parties provided support
Exceptional customer services experience/background
Good IT/Systems experience
Ideally Industry Qualifications
Flexible re: travelling as and when required for occasional meetings/meetings

Salary & Benefits:

- up to £31k per annum
- hybrid working
