Excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join a leading, Legal 500 recognised law firm based in London.
The Firm

Our client has a great reputation with multiple Legal 500 recognised departments firm wide.


Their Commercial Litigation team have established themselves as leading advisors in their field and is led by a L500 recognised Partner, with whom the new hire will work alongside.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to offer support to a successful team of Partners and Senior Associates with extensive experience in all types of complex commercial disputes (many of which have cross-border and multi-jurisdictional dimensions)including:

  • Contractual disputes, fraud and misrepresentation actions
  • Regulatory and internal investigations
  • Shareholder actions and company disputes
  • Partnership disputes
  • Freezing injunctions
  • Search orders
  • IT and telecom disputes
  • Trust and tracing claims
The Role


The new hire will offer support in High Court litigation, including some class actions, often acting against large financial institutions and an array of other complex disputes.

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years' experience in Commercial Litigation / Dispute Resolution is essential
  • Familiarity with debt recovery, edisclosure and bundles
  • High Court and class action experience is preferable but not essential
