Salary :

  • Up to £23,000 pa dependent upon experience

Location:
Blythe Valley Park, Solihull


A new opportunity has arisen for an AAT Part Qualified Internal Accounts Clerk to work from our Solihull office, assisting our Company Accountant with our internal book-keeping and reporting.

This role offers a great opportunity to gain experience in a wide variety of aspects of management accounting and excellent scope for progression.

**Duties:
- *
  • Maintenance of purchase ledger posting of invoices and payments, reconciliation of supplier
accounts.

  • Assisting with aspect of monthly management accounts production.
  • Posting of sales receipts.
  • Attending to various matters relating to sales control.
  • Posting and reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Attending to employee/Directors' expenses

Skills Required:


  • Have knowledge of Sage software
  • Have a strong academic background with good numerical and computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Be articulate with good communication skills and exercise confidentiality
  • Be methodical and have attention to detail
  • Have good time management skills
  • Have a positive attitude to learning and a desire to progress
