We are currently seeking a HR and Compliance Administrator that is required to work closely with the Executive Suite to ensure the smooth running of the HR function within the business.


You shall ideally be a self-motivated individual who will assist the wider management and HR teamsR teamqekdf in providing a HR administration function whilst also assisting with various compliance duties, as and when required.

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days in the office/2 days WFH.


Key Objectives

  • To assist the Executive Suite in providing a comprehensive HR administration service
  • To be the primary point of contact for all daytoday HRrelated queries from all internal staff
  • Administer HRrelated documentation, such as contracts of employment, new starter set ups etc.
  • HR documentation maintenance and record keeping, ensuring the relevant HR folders are up to date, accurate and compliant
  • To assist Stakeholders with the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies / related projects, including accountability to external regulation

Key Accountabilities

  • Assisting Stakeholders to implement the company HR strategies
  • Coordinating administrative recruitment practices including employment referencing and right to work compliance
  • Overseeing onboarding / induction programmes
  • Providing provide day to day guidance on HR policy and procedures, escalating more complex HR issues to senior Stakeholders
  • Maintenance of all HR policies and HR records
  • To support managers and team leaders on all recruitment matters when required
  • Participating in general HR processes, including investigations and complex employee relationship issues
  • Monitoring promotion and appraisal scenarios
  • Overseeing employee attendance records to include maternity / paternity / holiday requests / sickness absence and provide regular reports to Stakeholders
  • To assist with the implementation / delivery / reseqarch of employee benefits packages
  • To assist with training requirements throughout the Company and ensure that all training records are kept up to date
  • Assisting to develop and maintain corporate policies in areas such as HR, Compliance/Regulation, Office Management and IT.
  • Providing support with Compliance projects
