You would be at the centre of a highly reputable and well-established family-owned company that has built its foundation on baking methods passed down through generations.

They are dedicated to creating high quality and mouth-watering bread.

The Role

Reporting to the Head Baker, you would be assisting with the overall production of large amounts of bread and other products
Stock rotation, mixing, weighing and measuring, dividing, handcraft moulding and shaping, baking
Produce products to the highest standards at all times
Passionate about food with a positive hardworking attitude
Previous experience in food production is preferred but not required
Artisan bakery experience mixed, weighed, divided and shaped dough
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Good communication skills
