The impact you'll have:

We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our finance team as a Balance Collection Agent.

In this role, you will report to our Credit Control Manager and be responsible for managing and collecting debts owed to the company.

Your main tasks will include ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate financial records.


Your day-to-day responsibilities:


  • Contacting clients to follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans
  • Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Issuing reminders and collecting debts in a professional manner
  • Resolving any disputes or queries related to outstanding payments
  • Regularly reporting on the status of debt collections

Your skillset:


  • Proven experience in handling a high volume of customer communications
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment

Desirable, but not necessary:

  • Experience as a Credit Controller with a track record of collecting debts
