Job title - Heat Network Co-ordinator

Location -Farringdon EC1M (hybrid working 2/3 days from home)

Contract - Temp Ongoing

Hours - Full Time


The Role Summary

As a Heat Network Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient management and coordination of our heat network projects.

Your key duties within the role will include:

  • Collating customer enquiries and coordinating responses to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Organising and handling data, including maintaining databases and generating reports.
  • Assisting in managing the heat network repairs and maintenance contract.
  • Coordinating projects and arranging checkins with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth progress.
  • Ensuring projects are carried out within established deadlines and tracking their progress.
  • Dealing with CRM queries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with general administrative duties to support the overall operations.

Key requirements

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Previous experience in heat networks is desirable but not essential.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, both remotely and in the office.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
  • Experience providing project support is a plus.
