Job description:

Our HR administrator's work within the People Directorates Transactional Service Delivery Team.


This role will be a part of the friendly and supportive HR Wellbeing team, with the opportunity in the future to support other teams within the wider group which will expand your knowledge and experience.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Undertake relevant administrative actions by processing transactional requests or collate documentation, providing high level of customer service.
  • Provide advice, support and guidance to all internal and external stakeholders ensuring that support is provided in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in order to progress work.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and registers providing regular and oneoff requests of data when requested, including historical data, ensuring that all data protection protocols are followed.

About you

  • To be successful in role, you must have good administrative skills.
  • You must have experience of working in a customer service environment and have the ability to prioritise and plan your workload.
  • We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • You must also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Additional Information

  • This role can be based in _Swansea_, _Nottingham_, _Bristol_, _your presence at one of these locations will form part of the working arrangements agreed with you. We operate a hybrid working model giving you greater flexibility about where and when you work. Our _
    _expectation__ is that you will spend a minimum _
    _60% of your time at your base location. __Visits to other DVSA sites or work locations count towards this._


Please note, there may be a requirement to travel with overnight stays, as per business needs - these will always be scheduled in advance.
