Service Level Analyst

From £ 300 - £ 400 p/d - inside IR35

Hybrid Multiple Locations

6-month contract
We are seeking a Service Level Analyst for our government client.

The role location is hybrid, based between 2 days a week on-site and the remainder of the week working remotely.

Office locations include London, Milton Keynes or Glasgow, as preferred.


Security Clearance:
Security Check (SC)


This role is inside IR3- Due to the service of the role, it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.


Role Profile/Responsibilities:


  • Performance Measurement
  • Understanding Constraints
  • User Centred Analysis
  • Communicating Analysis and Insight
  • Providing updates and notifications to the Senior Service Level Manager where SLAs are trending toward breaches
  • Producing Service Level Management reporting and management information
  • Supporting the identification of metrics and measurements that reflect customer experience
  • Documenting all servicelevel targets and measures
  • Documenting and maintaining Service Level Management processes and procedures
  • Proactively focusing on continuous improvement of self and service
