Service Coordinator
Salary:
£28,000 per annum, plus Veolia benefits and pension
Hours:
Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Location:
Tunnel Approach, 40 Gillender Street E14 6RH

What you'll be doing;
- Support drivers to act on issues identified on the rounds
- Undertake debrief of drivers
- Encourage 'Stop the Job' if it's unsafe, report to your Supervisor
- Report all service concerns
- Report all safety concerns
- Proactively communicate with customers
- Create a customer excellence approach & culture
- React to and manage customer queries and complaints
- Implement service practices that meet the customers' needs
- Build trust & honesty & maintain commitments with customers and suppliers
- Report all environmental concerns
What we're looking for;
- IOSH Working Safely or equivalent
- Coordination/administration experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work under their own initiative
- Ability to manage own workload and manage time effectively
- Punctual and reliable
