Restore is looking for a natural leader who has experience in leading a team in an office or process-driven production environment.

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for a specific team, ensuring that work is carried out to production targets, job specifications and quality standards.
You will assist the Supervisors and Operations Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the site in line with customer requirements and Restore Scan policies and procedures.
You will carry out these responsibilities whilst reporting any Information Security, Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality incidents to your manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure your team members are aware of their targets and motivate your team to achieve or exceed daily performance targets
- Closely monitor and report on team productivity, escalating if targets are not being achieved
- Report on identifying trends and instigating remedial action where necessary
- Assist with daytoday activities of prepping, scanning, QA and finishing to ensure client deadlines are met
- Set an example when maintaining the place of work to the highest standard, presenting a professional image to customers, clients and peers
- Ensure all colleagues are adequately trained and briefed on operating equipment safely, efficiently and correctly
ABOUT YOU
- Previous team leader experience in an office or production environment
- Team Leader skills including motivating, dealing with performance issues, allocating work, etc.
- Good communication skills written & verbal
- Delegation
- Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues
- Great attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge
We store and manage over 22 million items including archive boxes of document files, film and computer tape across a variety of secure storage facilities nationwide.
Including cold war Air Force shelters for some of our heritage pieces, which we store on behalf of the leading museums.
