Compassionate First Home Care is seeking a kind and profoundly patient individual to join our growing team as a Home Care Assistant in Stourbridge.


This role has an immediate start for the right individual.

In this role, you will:


  • Available to work the following hours each Saturday & Sunday:8:00 10:00, 12:1 14:15 & 18:1 20:15 as well as a Sleep-In 22:00 08:00)
  • Patiently provide highquality care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, demonstrating exceptional patience as you tailor your care to their individual needs and preferences.
  • Work as part of a closeknit team, collaborating with other care staff and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients, all while maintaining your incredible patience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation with careful attention to detail.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Exceptionally patient and understanding, especially when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Kind, compassionate, and reliable.
  • A good communicator and team player.
  • Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous care experience is desirable, but
    not essential. We provide comprehensive training and support to all our staff, including indepth training on fostering exceptional patience in caregiving.
