General Machinist (DY3)We are looking for a general Machinist to operate a variety of machines. You will produce steel test specimens using both manual and automated equipment to accurate measurements. You will be required to work 5 days a week 6AM-3PM.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as machinist.
- Experience in using lathes, saws, grinders and CNC's would be advantageous.
- Occasionally lifting of heavy items maybe required.
- Must be able to work with a team and to strict deadlines.
Pay:
£11.50-£14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dudley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Machinist: 3 years (required)
