Key Accountabilities

Main mission

  • Be in charge of Network Architecture:
  • Define network standards
  • Plan Evolution and End Of Life equipments migration
  • Evolution linked, for example, with capacity planning
  • Define process and set up automatization of recurring tasks in order to improve industrialization of the network support
  • Operation control in order to validate conformity with the defined standards
  • Manage change / creation of Remote sites
  • In collaboration with the Network Team, monitor the activity of the support team (external company)
  • Performance and audit analysis (including security),
  • Contribute of the whole network scope in terms Service Levels:
  • Service Continuity
  • Service Availability,
  • Up to date documentation
  • Improvment proposals
  • Expert administration LAN / WLAN / Sécurity in multi vendor environment (Cisco / Palo Alto/ Big IP...)

  • Contribute to support activity according to escalation process
  • Participate to incident analysis / Root Cause
  • Installation or follow up of the installation of new equipment,
  • Obsolescence management in collaboration with support team

Main responsabilities

  • Network support team follow up
  • Project Organization and management (new solution or evolution of existing
  • Follup up of network quality in order to guarantee the best performance for Applications (Cloud and OnPremise).
  • Participation to the studies in order to choose the best solutions for AXA IM
  • Participation to the implementation of the Cloud solutions.
  • Security:
  • Ensure to deliver services and projects with the best security level according to:
  • AXA IM rules and standards ,
  • AXA IM catalog of service,
  • Infrastructure Team strategy
  • Communication of every security breach in order to ensure risk management.
  • Budget:
  • Budget optimization

Training

  • Engineering diploma or equivalent

Experience

  • Significant experience with
  • LAN / WAN / WLAN in Cisco Environment
  • Managed Networks
  • Security (FW, VPN, IPS/IDS, Proxy, Load Balancer, DNS,),
  • Software Defined Network
  • Network monitoring (HP IMC / Cisco DNA / Zabbix)
  • Strong client engagement skills
  • Good understanding of IT life cycle management and IT risk analysis
  • Good understanding of network design principles.
  • Strong understanding of ASSET management would be beneficial

  • Good understanding of Telecom & Network Technologies and strategies
  • Specific knowledge of Network services
  • Ability to define, conceive and deliver services externally (Cloud and partners)
