Are you passionate about making a difference in peoples lives? St Mungos is looking for an Income Officer to join our team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering a high-quality rent collection and arrears recovery service.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting up effective systems for debt collection and supporting tenants with rent arrears issues.
Minimizing rent arrears and maximizing client income.
Ensuring excellent communication and liaison with stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience in front-line services in Housing Management.
Familiarity with Pyramid Rent Accounting or similar products.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic understanding of benefit legislation.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Note:

This role will be hybrid, with two days in the office per week after the initial period of full-time office work.
