Our client specialises in offering innovative yet modern technology for external MOT companies across the UK.

Due to continued success, they are now looking to acquire the services of a Service Coordinator to join their growing team based in Banbury.

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a thriving national business who take pride in providing staff with great prospects and job satisfaction.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for a team of up to 4 engineers to coordinate and plan workloads
  • Respond to customer enquiries for servicing
  • Arranging annual and biannual call outs for required servicing for customers
  • Arranging engineer diaries and notifications
  • Arranging callouts with customers and engineers
  • Answering telephone assisting customers/engineers with enquiries and redirecting calls to correct department/person where necessary
  • Administration of engineer reports and invoicing to customers.

Key Skills & Experience:


  • Prior experience in an Administration or Customer Service role is essential
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office etc)
  • Team player and ability to liaise with other departments
  • Excellent customer service and problemsolving skills
  • High quality organisational skills
