Our client specialises in offering innovative yet modern technology for external MOT companies across the UK.
Due to continued success, they are now looking to acquire the services of a Service Coordinator to join their growing team based in Banbury.
This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a thriving national business who take pride in providing staff with great prospects and job satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a team of up to 4 engineers to coordinate and plan workloads
- Respond to customer enquiries for servicing
- Arranging annual and biannual call outs for required servicing for customers
- Arranging engineer diaries and notifications
- Arranging callouts with customers and engineers
- Answering telephone assisting customers/engineers with enquiries and redirecting calls to correct department/person where necessary
- Administration of engineer reports and invoicing to customers.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in an Administration or Customer Service role is essential
- Strong IT skills (MS Office etc)
- Team player and ability to liaise with other departments
- Excellent customer service and problemsolving skills
- High quality organisational skills
