Description

This is a senior position within the ICT Department and is a key role, managing specialist resources and a number of third party suppliers to deliver NECS EUC services.

This role is highly technical, and requires the post holder to have a deep understanding of the appropriate technologies to be able to deliver the requirements of the role.

The post holder will ensure all end user devices are secure, up to date and operating to the highest possible performance standards.

Have responsibility for key ICT delivery tools such as Manage Engine, Sophos MDM and Active Directory.

The post-holder will be an authorised signatory for timesheets and for travel/expense claims.

They will also support the management and monitoring of the team budgets by ensuring optimal use of resources, leading effective procurement for EUC services and ultimately delivering to challenging customer SLAs.
