Introduction
- You will be working in our Flights Outbound Team with our fabulous teammates. Mainly providing assistance between flight suppliers and customer on their bookings (e.g. flight changes/ additional request) with your native language.
- You will be put into 8 weeks training before starting your role and it is 100% attendance mandatory. We will make sure you have the skills and knowledge before letting you face your first customer independently.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer problems with empathy and patience in a goaldriven environment;
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, including colleagues from local and international offices, vendors, and airlines;
- Work as part of a highperforming team, supporting and helping colleagues when required;
- Attend regular team huddles;
- Keep uptodate with latest promotions and initiatives;
- Read, understand and follow the Company Policies and Procedures;
- Assist in ad hoc assigned projects.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of call centre experience;
- Strong communication skills, must be fluent or proficient in English and French both written and spoken;
- Proficient typing abilities;
- Sound troubleshooting and problemsolving skills with a strong desire to achieve positive outcomes;
- Ability to listen and build rapport quickly;
- Enthusiastic yet conscientious and diligent approach to work;
- Completerfinisher with a good attention to detail.
