Job Title: Centre Supervisor


Reports To:
Centre Manager


Role Purpose:
To coordinate and assist with delivery of day to day onsite Operations and Administration.


Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and maintain the positive image of the centre in its location.
  • To maintain an awareness of and report to the Line Manager / surveyor all local issues that may impact on the value of the centre.
  • To create and maintain good relationships with all tenants through provision of a both proactive and responsive service.
  • To collate anecdotal and specific trading information from retailers for client reports.
  • To maintain and develop good relationships with the local authority and any other representative bodies associated with the centre.
  • To occasionally act as duty manager in centre manager's absence.
  • To engage and work with the local communities and assist with all ESG initiatives.
  • To manage service charge spend through effective use of Yardi system (raising of Purchase Orders for goods and services, verifying invoices for goods and service relating to the site and processing for payment). To monitor spend to date against budget and advise surveyor/centre manager of any areas of concern.
  • To liaise with marketing manager relevant agencies/ representative bodies and assist in the organisation and implementation of all promotional activities.
  • To liaise with occupier contractors and landlord appointed contractors and monitor performance as appropriate through elogbooks system.
  • To comply fully with the Health and Safety Policies of CBRE and CBRE Management Services Limited and to understand legislation relating to Health, Safety and Environment.
  • To deliver end to end coordination of the CBRE permits and permissions systems for resident contractors, occupier contractors and landlord appointed contractors.
  • Coordination encompasses H&S documentation compiling, assist with scheduling of works, coordinating monitoring of works, tracking insurance levels and expiration, filing control and close out reviews.
  • Deliver end to end coordination of occupier risk audits in accordance with Insurers requirements and CBRE procedures.
  • Coordination encompasses completing quarterly occupier risk audits of all centre occupiers, documenting audit results, distributing communications to occupiers where faults are noted and raising risk improvements as required.
  • To maintain comprehensive Health and Safety files and ensure all contracts are available.
  • To maintain records of accidents/incidents in the centre.
  • To assist in producing, monthly and quarterly reports on all aspects of centre performance for client.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system.
  • To monitor & manage third party supply partners delivering regular services to site.
  • To participate in contractor prestart meeting meetings and share all correspondence as required.
  • To promote a pleasant working environment.
  • Able to use IT software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases
  • To attend and training or development courses as necessary
  • Any other duties as directed by your Line Manager.
