BRAND NEW - IN THE BRIGG AREA


The Best Connection are looking to recruit a Team Leader for one of our clients based in Brigg, to work in their busy production warehouse.

You will be expected to work the following;

  • Monday
  • Thursday 07:45AM 16:45PM & Fridays 07:45AM 12:45PM.
  • The hourly rate will be £13.00ph £15.00ph dependent on experience.

About the job:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Plan and expedite the production of customer orders
  • Responsible for the efficient utilisation of labour
  • Responsible for the quality control within area of responsibility
Your job duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Adhering to all aspects of health and safety, as set out by the company
  • Understanding the specifications of each task and ensuring the final product is to a high standard.
  • Conducting thorough quality control checks.
  • Supervise and coordinate production activities of a small team of 10 people.
  • IT literate with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Achieving delivery deadlines and achieve target driven results


Due to the location of our client, applicants that have their own transport or live locally will be considered for the roles.


Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
