    Sport Resolutions busca un experto en Marketing y Comunicación con experiencia, personalidad e impulso para desarrollar y hacer crecer los productos, servicios, eventos y reputación de la empresa.

    El candidato liderará la estrategia de influencia y comunicación, desarrollará las conferencias anuales, los servicios de entrenamiento y acreditación y actuará como ejecutivo principal del Comité de Desarrollo de Servicios.

    Responsabilidades

    1. Desarrollar e implementar un plan de desarrollo de servicios y marketing.
    2. Crear una estrategia de influencia y comunicación efectiva.
    3. Asegurarse de que los mensajes clave, la identidad de marca y los valores clave de Sport Resolutions se apliquen sistemáticamente en todas las comunicaciones externas.
    4. Implementar un proceso de desarrollo de producto para evaluar el servicio de membresía de SportRes Club.
    5. Desarrollar planes para comercializar y vender entradas para la Conferencia Anual de Sport Resolutions.
    6. Crear planes para ofrecer un programa de capacitación educativa financiado por Erasmus.
    7. Ayudar al Gerente de Negocios a comunicarse y apoyar el negocio de alquiler de salas de Sport Resolutions.
    8. Desarrollar sistemas de análisis para recopilar comentarios de los usuarios y utilizarlos para promover y desarrollar la entrega efectiva de servicios.

    Habilidades Clave y Experiencia Requerida

    1. Tener estudios superiores en Marketing, Comunicación y desarrollo de servicios.
    2. Experiencia demostrable en un rol de marketing, desarrollo comercial o comunicación.
    3. Se requiere experiencia laboral comprobada en relaciones públicas.
    4. Desarrollar relaciones y habilidades para crear red.
    5. Tener habilidades escritas, verbales e interpersonales sólidas.
    6. Tener experiencia en redes sociales tales como LinkedIn, Twitter y blogs.
    7. Tener experiencia en planificación de eventos.
    8. Capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente con supervisión limitada.
    9. Capacidad de trabajar ingeniosamente con un presupuesto limitado.
    10. Capacidad de manejar información confidencial de manera discreta y profesional.
