EIT Service Desk Analyst
Hatfield / Some remote working - 1 week per month working from home

Our client is a multi-cultural, healthcare, global company and seeking a single point of contact for all EIT services and provide an exceptional standard of customer service to the region, ensuring the delivery of high-quality EIT operational services withinagreed service levels.


Tools and equipment used:

  • IT Service Management Tool (ServiceNow)


  • O36

  • Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager
  • Active Directory
  • VMWare tools
  • Mobile Devices (iOS)
  • Mobile Device Management Systems (MobileIron)

Qualifications and education required:

  • Degree qualified desirable preferably in Computer Science or IT discipline
  • Microsoft 365 Certifications or relevant experience
  • Virtual Desktop technology (VM Ware) certifications or relevant experience
  • ITIL certified (Foundation minimum)

Skills and aptitude required:

  • Exceptional customer service skills including the ability to convey highly technical information in easy to understand, nontechnical terms
  • Maintain a rapport with end users by displaying an empathetic understanding of their support requirements
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Tenacity and the willingness to go the extra mile
  • Good team player with a positive attitude
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fastchanging environment
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to identify and reroute technical issues as needed
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Language skills desirable (any one of German/French/Spanish/Russian)
