This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced conveyancing assistant to be a part of a forward thinking, leading law firm who offer a pool of benefits

The role

Full time, permanent position
Opportunity to work up to 4 days at home and 1 day in eh office.
The salary on offer is from £25.000 to £28,000.

You will be assisting two conveyancing fee earners with a varied caseload of residential matters. That will predominantly consist of sale and purchase, freehold and leasehold files, new build and bridging finance files.

It is essential that you hold a minimum of 4 years solid conveyancing experience, assisting with files covering all aspects of residential conveyancing.

You will be able to take responsibility with ease and be able to manage a caseload of around 70 files in a fee earners absence from start to finish, with mínimal supervision.
