Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Data input requirement by following the program techniques & procedures
  • Assist in answering phones and scheduling appointments
  • Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Enter data and documents into custom database
  • Creating, formatting and editing documents
  • Perform any other duties as required
  • Monitoring and keeping records

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Good attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • 12 years of previous administration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong service focused with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good practical experience MS Office, Excel and Power Point
