A great new instruction for strong Administrator to provide key administrative support within the Regulatory Team of our established client, where accuracy and attention to detail is paramount.


The added beauty with this position is that it also offers hybrid working flexibility, so 50% working from home and 50% working in the office.

We are looking for someone to start ASAP


Package details:

The role is presented on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months
Attractive hourly rate
37 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm
Friday 9am - 4.30pm

What you will need:

Superb organisation skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A strong attention to detail
Multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
A self-starter, forward thinker and someone proactive, with the ability to work independently on routine activities with minimum day to day supervision
Strong MS Office and general IT skills including capability with Word document processing, Excel spreadsheets, Outlook and experience with MS Teams


What the role will include:

Collating technical documentation
Match product names to internal product codes and abbreviations
Completing forms accurately
Arranging formal signature documents with your colleagues
Organising and prioritising large volumes of information
Maintaining files
Database input
Liaising with external distributors
General administrative tasks


Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months
