Description
We're looking for a Sub Agent (Temporary Works Co-ordinator) to join our Transportation team based in Twyford, Buckinghamshire to be responsible for ensuring that all temporary works for a particular section / project are adequately controlled and implemented on site in strict accordance with the project temporary works procedures and processes.
Previous experience as a Temporary Works Co-ordinator is an essential requirement for this position. Within this role you can expect a competitive salary, private healthcare, car or car allowance, pension plus benefits.

Responsibilities
As a Sub Agent, you'll support the implementation and monitoring of performance excellence.
Your day to day will include:
- Ensuring no works are carried out on the erection, loading or dismantling of any temporary works unless all procedures have been followed including where appropriate the availability of construction drawings and methods
- Authorise any works on the erection, loading or dismantling of the temporary works by issuing a complete Temporary Works Permit
- Any proposed changes in materials or construction are checked against the original design and appropriate action taken
- Carry out daily inspections which will be recorded on the Temporary Works Inspection Form
What are we looking for?
This role of Sub Agent is great if you have:
- Extensive TWC/TWS experiences on major projects with extensive knowledge of BS 597
- Externally delivered CITB accredited TWCTC
- Principal Contractor Temporary Works Familiarisation Training
- CSCS Temporary Works Coordinator Training Course
