The role


People Services is committed to providing The Open University with high quality people solutions and is valued for its efficiency, expertise, partnering capability and service.

We are currently looking for 2 Position Management Administrators to join our People Systems Team, where your role will be to keep abreast of organisation changes, update structures and hierarchies as the organisation changes and drive changes to the data as necessary to ensure accuracy across the business.


You will be a key part of our People Systems Team who have overall responsibility for managing, maintaining and developing the SuccessFactors Employee Central HR System, together with other key HR Systems.

It's an exciting time to join the team as People Services continues its transformation to best in class and joining us now gives you the chance to be there from the early stages and really have an impact.


The OU campus is based in Milton Keynes however we are happy to offer flexible working for this opportunity, with occasional travel to Milton Keynes required.


Skills and experience
Experience of administrating a HR system is a must.
