Trafford Park, Manchester

Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday


Salary:
£20,000 - £25, days holiday (30 inc Bank Holidays)

Due to a rapid period of growth, our client is looking for a further Customer Service Advisor to join their growing support team.

Our client is still a family-owned business so you will be recognised and rewarded accordingly. If you have an appetite to learn new things and develop your skillset, then this is the ideal role.

The Customer Service Advisor will be expected to deal with a range of customers on a daily basis and handle anything from general enquiries to orders to complaints.

They will work closely with the warehouse, sales team, service team and accounts to achieve the best outcome for the customer.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Have great communication skills, be a problem solver, and enjoy interacting with other people on a regular basis.
Liaising with internal and external customers
Scheduling, prioritising and allocating all jobs for engineers and drivers
Liaising with suppliers
Assisting in ensuring work is carried out efficiently and profitability is achieved
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues, customers, and clients to understand and deliver their needs
Plan all work activities to achieve contractually specified time scales SLA and KPIs
Escalating issues/queries when appropriate
All complaints are to be managed and responded to in accordance with agreed procedures and escalated as appropriate
Cover and assist in any other areas of work the business requires
