Description

Overview:
We are currently seeking a Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various facilities. This is a crucial role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for both employees and visitors.


Duties:


  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good physical stamina, as this role requires standing, bending, and lifting
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£9.27-£12.32 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

  • Night shift

  • Weekend availability

Experience:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

  • Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
