    Description

    Corporate Governance Advisor

    We are seeking a skilled Corporate Governance Advisor to provide high-quality client-focused advice to Boards and/or Committees.

    • Main Responsibilities:
    • Preparation of agendas aligned with business priorities and governance requirements;
    • Drafting, commissioning, reviewing, and editing papers and reports;
    • Preparation of high-quality minutes;
    • Monitoring and flagging conflicts of interests.
    • Timely responses to group and client queries regarding corporate governance issues.

    Key Skills:)

    • Exceptional attention to detail, including proofreading and drafting skills;
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Corporate Governance software;
    • Collaborative team player with a flexible approach;
    • Maintenance of quality standards during times of change.

    Requirements:

    • Experience working in a Secretariat or Governance team, preferably within the Lloyd's and/or London Market;
    • Providing high-quality client-focused corporate governance advice to Boards and/or Committees;
    • Board portal software expertise;
    • Experience driving governance change that positively impacts an organization's effectiveness.

    Salary: The salary for this position is estimated to be between $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
