The Role


Pinnacle Group are looking for a Cleaning Operative to ensure that the overall standard of cleaning is maintained to a good standard throughout their location.


Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • Ancillary cleaning and associated duties
  • Collection of leaves and litter
  • Removal of bulk refuse and Fly Tipping, from inside and outside residential blocks
  • Cleaning of internal and external communal areas and house blocks, such as lifts, stairs,
  • Other site based tasks completed on a regular basis (Changing lightbulbs etc)
  • Deep cleaning / specialist cleaning (use of cleaning chemicals)
  • Cleaning for other individual schemes including elderly residents and those in need of extra support

Skills Required:


  • Good communication skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and be able to demonstrate initiative.
  • Some cleaning experience would be preferred.
  • Good knowledge of the use of cleaning chemicals.
