starting as soon as possible for 2-3 months


Salary:
£12.50 to £15.00 per hour


Completely Care are seeking a small team of compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our clients team as a Temporary Support Officer.

In this role, you will provide essential support services to vulnerable parents within our organization.

This position is temporary and offers a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.


Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to vulnerable parents to attend appointments, meetings, and other important engagements.
Offer empathetic support and a listening ear to parents facing challenging circumstances.
Coordinate schedules and logistics to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
Collaborate with social workers, counselors, and other professionals to ensure coordinated support for parents.
Respect and uphold confidentiality guidelines when dealing with sensitive information.
Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing resources for parents.
Communicate effectively with team members, parents, and relevant stakeholders to ensure coordinated care and support.

Qualifications:
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record, and have access to your own transportation.
Previous experience working with vulnerable individuals, such as parents, is highly desirable.
Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and sensitivity when dealing with individuals facing challenging circumstances.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and establish trust with parents.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to the needs of parents and handle tasks with patience and understanding.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
