Description

We are an independent family business looking for a Delivery Driver/Catering Assistant to join the friendly team at our busy sandwich shop.

Applicants must be reliable and flexible with good communication skills.

Applicants must have a full, clean driving licence.


Hours are 10 per week, to be worked over 3 days, with a start time of between 10 to 11 am and a finish time of between 1 to 2 pm.

Applicants will be required to work extra hours from time to time to cover staff holidays and sickness.

Catering experience would be preferred but not essential, as full training will be given.


Duties will include:

  • Delivering customer orders in our company van
  • Taking orders over the phone
  • Preparing and serving food and drinks to customers
  • Taking cash and card payments
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene within the premises
  • Washing up and keeping equipment and surfaces clean and tidy
  • Complying with health and safety regulations

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 10 per week


Salary:
£9.50 per hour
