Specialising in the accident repairs to cars, light commercials, and accessible buses we are now able to offer the same service to vehicle owners of 7.5-tonne vehicles.

Our fleet customers boast a range of different local authorities, vehicle rental companies, accessible bus fleets, building maintenance companies and NHS trusts.
About the Role
We are currently looking for an efficient full-time Audatex Estimator to work on our onsite Bodyshop.
As a skilled Estimator in vehicle damage assessments, you will be providing all Customers with competitive repair quotes whilst maximising profitability for the Bodyshop.
Using your outstanding communication and inter-personal skills, you will continually develop business and sales by ensuring that new and existing Customers visiting or interacting with our you and/or our Bodyshop are provided with an excellent service experience.
Duties to include
- Maintaining regular communication with customers, suppliers, and internal Bodyshop team to ensure all parties are updated on work orders.
- Ensuring accurate estimation, monitoring and review of all Bodyshop tasks, ensuring the most costeffective methods and practices are employed.
- Ensuring service and repairs are carried out to the highest quality standards, achieving total customer satisfaction.
- Liaising with customers to arrange the booking in and scheduling of all repairs.
- Ensuring a prompt, professional and courteous response to all internal and external customer enquiries.
- Preparing job cards and parts orders along with a host of other administrative duties.
- Ensuring all administrative functions within the Bodyshop department are carried out in accordance with company policies.
- Updating the communication log on the Management Systems, CAPS Knowledge System, Audatex Estimating System and Auto Flow Body Management Systems.
- Providing progress reports, when required and maintain accurate files.
- Processing payments or insurance excesses when required.
- Providing the details of the work that is to be carried out.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience using the Autoflow Bodyshop Management System.
- ATA qualification or NVQ Level III Version
- Fully skilled and experience with Automotive Technician Accreditation qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Experience in working in a Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre
- Continuously working to a high standard to meet customer's needs.
- Ability to use computer devices and software for daytoday operation.
- Experience in using the Audatex system

- Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail
- Able to build good working relationships is pivotal, as you will be liaising with customers, suppliers, and insurance companies.

£45,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
