    Job Title: L&D & Culture Partner
    About the Role:

    This is an exciting opportunity to join our organisation as a Learning and Development (L&D) and Culture Partner. As part of the People team, you will play a key role in implementing and driving forward the People Strategy, with a focus on Induction and Talent Development.

    Our client provides unique services to not-for-profit and academic organisations, with ambitious growth plans over the next two years. The L&D and Culture Partner will be instrumental in delivering these plans, providing strategic and operational guidance on L&D and Quality.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver high-quality learning and development activities with a supportive and inclusive approach.
    • Develop a forward-looking Leadership & Management Development programme for colleagues across the business, providing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities and structured Career Pathways.
    • Work closely with key stakeholders nationally and globally to achieve excellence and consistency of process and procedure.
    • Conduct regular Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) across the business, reporting findings and recommending bespoke solutions.
    • Effectively lead, manage, and motivate the Learning & Development, Quality, and Academy teams.
    • Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues across the business and external partners.
    • Measure and evaluate the business impact of all L&D interventions.
    Requirements:
    • Demonstrable experience of developing robust L&D strategies in a fast-paced customer-centric environment.
    • Experience of managing an operational training team, ideally remote teams.
    • Ability to design and implement modern, effective, and bespoke training courses and blended learning activities.
    • Understanding of learning management systems and ability to adapt style to suit audience.
