- A proven track record and experience in the role in medium to large‑scale technology change projects.
- The ability to manage business requirements from initiation through to delivery.
- Skills in documenting requirements, BPMN process modelling, and process re‑engineering.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, conflict management, and presentation skills.

Location
Queen's Square but with travel to other sites required. Hybrid working available.
