The Best Connection is looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our team We are one of the UK's leading industrial and driving recruiters, with our network of 85 offices help both UK and International businesses recruit the talent they need. Due to growth, we now require a Recruitment Consultant for our Bristol office, we are interested in speaking to those with no experience that are looking for their next step.

Friday

Rates Schedule
- £21,840

OTE £24,000
Generous Performance related bonus

Responsibilities include:

Conduct sales calls to prospective clients, negotiating business terms, charge rates and workers' pay rates
Managing and building relationships with our large active client base of current and their key contacts.
Complete daily administration and compliance duties
Working to deadlines to supply temporary staff on a weekly, daily, and ad hoc basis
With support, achieve weekly and monthly targets tailored to your experience
