Financial Adviser salary range is £50,000 - £75,000

In this role, you will be at the forefront of financial planning, helping clients achieve their current and future financial goals.

We're looking for individuals who can formulate easy-to-understand financial strategies, guiding clients towards financial independence.

You will have the full support of an Administration and full research (Paraplanning) team to ensure you can focus on your clients needs.

Key Responsibilities:
As our Independent Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for:
Building lasting relationships

Review and respond to clients' evolving needs and financial circumstances.

Keep introducers and clients informed about new financial products and changes in legislation that may impact their pensions, savings, investments, and financial plans.

Acquire and develop new business from both new and existing clients, as well as professional introducers.

Utilise all available marketing channels, including social media, to optimize lead generation. Network with introducers and professionals to uncover new business prospects.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers through client meetings, seminars, and continuous feedback.

To thrive in this role, you should have:
Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA approved equivalent) and maintain CF30 status in accordance with FCA regulations.

Demonstrate a commitment to our clients, with excellent presentation skills and an articulate manner.

Leverage your experience in networking and attracting new clients through effective business planning.
