Our client, Borough Broth Co. is committed to creating the very best quality organic products in the British Isles with their soups and broths
They have a great opportunity for a responsible Food Production Operative to join a small but busy and fast-growing team.
We are looking for someone who:
- has had some experience working in the food manufacturing industry (food preparation). You must be comfortable dealing with all raw/cooked bones and meats -has a passion for food
- has attention to details
- willing to broaden one's horizon
- is punctual
- takes pride in progressing up within our Company -is very flexible (you need to be available for early & late starts)
- capable of lifting ingredient containers, weighing up to 10 kg numerous times throughout the day or some lifting of products
- ability to commute to London Greenford
You will:
- be responsible for general production duties (preparation of the ingredients and our soups and broths)
- ensure that packing is in line with the company quality standards -ensure products are stored safely and food hygiene is adhered to
- clean down production equipment and storage facilities after use
- carry out quality checks of products
Benefits:
London Living Wage Pay (
£11.95 per hour from November)
