As a Scrum Master, you will join the Digital Delivery & Operations team, supporting the Delivery Manager, Product Owners, and Software Development Teams.
The focus for the Scrum Master will be to drive continuous improvements whilst supporting the two development teams (Fargo and Ace), enabling them to deliver software solutions to meet client's specific requirements and time scales.
The Scrum Master will be helping to support a software team made up of onshore, remote working software developers and a team of offshore, third-party consultancy testers.
As a key player in our Agile delivery process, the Scrum Master will play a critical role in driving the adoption and success of Agile methodologies and metrics reporting and coaching our development teams to success.

What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience in an Agile software development environment, helping to facilitate Agile practices across multiple development teams
- Experienced in the delivery of large complex enterprise projects using agile methodologies across 3rd party and internal teams
- Experience coaching and mentoring Product Owners
- Proven delivery capability, supported by specific examples
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Knowledge of various welldocumented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach e.g. Burndown reporting, Retrospective formats, handling bugs in the Product Backlog
