- Management of project set up to support setup in the finance system
- Set up of new projects cost trackers in accordance with the as sold original budget.
- Align current budget to the approved costings for monitoring, accrual and forecast purposes
- Management of contingency process
- Analysis of cost trackers to ensure accurate data and monitor against historical and forecast data
- Facilitate monthly Business Review
- Generate reports on a monthly basis (including EV and CPI KPI's)
- Develop costings/estimates in support of variations and issue for relevant approvals
- Management of the change control process and register
- Analysis and estimation on any claims or disputes that arise
- Any other duties as specified by the Project Lead / Manager
Bachelor's degree in project management/finance or accounting or related field of study
Desirable
- 35 years' experience in a related field, preferably in the renewables sector
- Familiar with commercial contracts
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills including minute taking
- Should have excellent skills in all platforms of the MS Office Suite (most notably MS Excel)
- Must be able to drive and be flexible on working locations
- Flexible on working hours
- Task driven and orientated towards achieving targets
- Commercially astute
- Professional presentation
- Good and confident communication skills at all business levels
- To update the company work monitoring systems with accurate details
- Assist in improving operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
- Sales and business development
- General office duties
