Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
We're seeking an Account Development Executive to effectively manage established accounts by selling new product and generating additional sales revenue from customers through effective cross-sell and up sell activity.
In this key role you will be responsible for:
- Implementing agreed call campaigns to the prospect and customer segments as directed by your manager.
- Work proactively with marketing offering campaign ideas for call out and specific eshot activity.
- Working closely with the sales team to deliver the 'wider team goal'
- Identifying new business opportunities for yourself
- Handling all inbound sales calls from prospects and customers who wish to discuss our products
- Exceeding sales billings targets
- Creating new pipeline through telephonesbased activity
- Achieving agreed KPI's as directed by your manager
- Educated to GCSE / A level/ Degree preferable
- Good English and Math's
- Proven sales experience
- B2B experience preferable
- Sales orientated team player
- Excellent listener and communicator
- Selfmotivated
- Good organisation and admin skills
