KEY RESPONSIBLITIES/WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Support ii's PR Manager and wider PR team in the creation and distribution of key pieces of calendar work
Join the PR Manager and Head of PR in meetings with ii's fund research team, markets team, and personal finance team, to identify news stories and/or opportunities for ii to showcase its inhouse expertise to the national press
Collaborate with the PR team on key campaigns such as financial education and shareholder democracy
Monitor news and regulatory announcements that may be relevant to ii
Support the PR Manager with events booking and organisation (including media events and customer webinars)
Support PR Manager and wider team on coverage reporting, KPI reporting, and a weekly PR update that goes to Exco and Board
Help leverage ii's great editorial content to pitch to the national media, including ii fund manager interviews which could have the potential to go viral in press and social media
Help collate and pitch customer case studies in the press, following ii's strict in house guidelines

Requirements:

Create, define and guide design decisions
Create assets such as prototypes and hifidelity designs to create amazing customer experiences
Champion Accessibility & Inclusive Design
Work with the UX team to execute usercentred research methods:
Contextual inquiry and ethnographic field studies
Oneonone interviews
Focus groups
Usability testing and concept testing
Competitive assessment
Diary studies
Deliver both inhouse and 3rd party research workshops including set up, recruitment, moderation, data collection, analysis and debrief
