Recently increased hourly rate to £12.00 and hour.
With a network of branches across the UK, Mears has been providing housing with care support services since 1994.
We aim to work in partnership with commissioners and others to develop and deliver high-quality care in the community to vulnerable people.
Our goal is to provide housing with care based on an enabling approach with an outcome focused support planning process.
We are specifically looking for a Female Support Worker to join our team for a particular service user in West Lothian.
Holding a UK driving license would be preferable for this role.
We are Mears Supported Living Ltd, providing a range of care and support services to people out in the community and in their own homes.
Role Criteria:
Our Service Users are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such. Duties may also include some support with personal care needs.

The forefront of our delivery is to put the service user first and allow them to have their own independence.
You don't need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications - we're happy to work with you to help you become an excellent Support Worker.
