Description

We are looking for a part-time maternity cover, to assist with fulfiling orders from our online site and managing customer queries and the flow of production.

This role involves both hands-on and administrative tasks. The right person for the job must be happy working independently as well as part of a team. This role requires someone who is a natural problem solver with a can-do mindset. You must also be able to contribute ideas and take ownership of tasks from start to finish. You must be good at working to deadlines. An ability to adapt to change is important as we are a small business.


Operational:


You must be good at working with your hands and upper body strength is required for assembling some of our memory foam products, neatly packing boxes for dispatching orders.

You will need to keep on top of counting and managing inventory and requesting stock from our sewing machinists both in-house and remote in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for managing stock levels of products across all our sales channels. This involves quality checking, packaging, and booking courier collections. Great communication skills are essential for liasing with the team and with customers. You wull need to be able to Royal Mail drop parcels off at a parcel box.

  • Loom (previous experience not essential, training given),
  • Slack (previous experience not essential, training given),
  • Canva (experience needed),
  • Mint Soft (previous experience not essential, training given),
  • Fedex & other courier accounts (previous experience not essential, training given)

£10.50-£11.00 per hour
