Role Responsibilities

As the Quality Systems Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation complies with applicable standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, IRIS22163, RISAS, RISQS, ECM, and REX.

You will also lead the organisation in developing agilebusiness processes across functions.

Your main responsibilities will include acting as the BMS responsible coordinator for the UK as required/defined by KB Group, managing internal and third-party audits to ensure compliance and foster process improvement initiatives, managing the resolutionof process non-conformities in a timely fashion, and supporting new starter inductions and quality training.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree or equivalent education, a Quality Systems or Engineering background, and proven experience in managing a Quality Systems function.

You should also have experience in auditing QMS and controlling/planningaudits, as well as being a qualified Internal Auditor, preferably ISO9001 Lead Auditor trained.
