About The Employer:
We specialise in providing a 'single source supplier service' taking our clients beyond compliance, including a 'full system health check' across their entire HV and LV electrical infrastructure from power station to plug top.

About the Team:
25 staff spilt between office and field services, Electrical Testing and Inspection.
About the Role:
Includes all aspects of human resources and recruitment. Main responsibilities will include general HR and recruitment administration, assisting with employee on-offboarding, HR coordination, HRMS administration.
And Day to Day?.
You will be Responsible for:
- To provide administration support for all HR matters to a highquality standard and within agreed timescales.
- To take first line response to all phone queries and provide basic advice where appropriate.
- To process letters, forms, and reports in a timely manner.
- To support people managers with basic queries on policies and processes.
- To support the Administrators will the whole employee life cycle.
- Identify and prioritise own workload to ensure that objectives are met
- Input and maintenance of data
- To support the HR team with reviewing current processes and implementing ideas to improve our HR function
- To attend meetings as note taker as required and to type up any meeting notes as required. Ensure that the HR information on the BambooHR is up to date and accurate.
- To provide administrative support for the recruitment process from start to finish. Ensure all internal HR processes and procedures are adhered to.
- Undertake any other duties necessary for the operation of the department consistent with the nature of the post
